Frederic has been an organic farmer for over 20 years. He was heavily involved in the establishment of the Marché Ste-Anne for over 15 years and with the Réseau des Fermiers de Famille. Passionate about local food since his days at university, he likes to can vegetables and freeze a lot to diversify and keep his diet more local in winter. He's also taken up the happy habit of baking his own bread since the pandemic!
