Unsubscribe from newsletters/promotions you don’t want in your inbox anymore.
Alternatively, select all + delete your Spam folder (after checking to see if anything important got in there by mistake!)

Handle any quick-action email responses (e.g. calendar invitations, answering quick questions, cancelling free trials, etc.)
Alternatively, open any emails you’ve been avoiding / dreading… deep breaths! or skim through any newsletters you’ve been meaning to read.

Snooze any emails that require action but don’t need to be addressed today. If you’re feeling stuck on timing, just snooze it til tomorrow and keep going.

Add any emails that require action TODAY to your to-do list; be specific & break things down into smaller tasks if needed
Don’t forget to add reminders for any emails you need to write / initiate!
